CYRILLE KONÉ

Cyrille Koné is Full Professor of Philosophy at Joseph Ki-Zerbo - University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. As well as directing the Studies for the professional master's degree in Mediation and Conflict Management, he teaches History of Philosophy, Indigenous African Religions, Aesthetics in Africa and Conflict Management. Koné is the author of Éduquer l'être humain (Educating the human being: Play and Quest for meaning according to Jean-Pierre Guingané, forthcoming), Africa In-The-World (Berlin, Peter Lang/Treffpunkt, 2021), and Sur la maîtrise de la violence (On controlling violence ; Paris, l'Harmattan/Ouverture philosophique, 2017).
