Sans-colonial, For the People of Venezuela

The marauders who bombed Venezuela’s capital and its people to kidnap its president and his wife, are not at all different from the white nationalist colonisers who, centuries ago, looted, genocided and enslaved the people of the same land and the rest of the world. Then, this is white nationalism still ruling the world under the law of whites or the “Aryan” doctrine borrowed in “Europe” from the system of caste which too still imprisons a fifth of the world in the denigrate-dominate function. These systems never came to an end, except in the lettres des arts. This is why we must move towards a “sans-colonial” theoretical position. There is still time for the rest of the world to reason and realise a new principle for the revolutions, which will have to liberate the peoples of third worlds from the desert puppets, clown dictators, and the literal butchers of people put in place by white nationalists to contain the people of the third worlds in their misery.

Happy is the citizen who, displaying the armorial shield of his command, has the privilege of convoking the representatives of national sovereignty so that they might exercise their will, which is absolute.

The cowardly marauders who slid into the night of Caracas, Venezuela’s capital, and bombed its people—perhaps only after buying off some of its soldiers—to kidnap its president and his wife, are not at all different from the white nationalist colonisers who, centuries ago, looted, genocided and enslaved the people of the same land and the rest of the world. Then, this is white nationalism still ruling the world under the law of whites or the “Aryan” doctrine. The existence of this white order is smothering the people of the third world—that is, formerly or still colonised countries— the earth itself now, stealing the breaths yet to be taken by the unborn in the nuclear winter. 


The marauders who stole Venezuela last night had been preparing for this event through the blatant violations of the letters of “international law” by bombing and killing the fishermen off the coast of Venezuela. Some of these letters, of the charter of the United Nations, say, 


All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations. (1)


As for the reality of this white international law composed under the “Aryan” doctrine, an article in the archives of Philosophy World Democracy should be consulted: 


If universal legal principles were applied then Americans from Roosevelt and Truman to the generals and the pilots who dropped the bombs [atomic bombs in Japan] should have been hung. Instead, criteria for crimes and their corresponding laws were selected—much like how America selects political leaders in most countries of the world—to avoid being punished for American crimes that were on par with the Nazis (but also of another order), and the crimes they intended to carry out in future. That the Americans were not hung in Japan is the real foundation of the sham we call international law. (2)


That is, we know the illegality of what took place in Caracas according to its letter, but its ‘white spirit’ which commands the marauders says, ‘Not when white does it’. 


This still unfolding event is Les Marches Militaires calling out to the multi-front war that is approaching towards us like the Erinyes, supernatural beings in the ancient milieu of Asia (not ‘Europe’, which did not exist then) who punished the breakers of promises. The question is whether the Erinyes seek vengeance for the violation of the oath of men? Or justice for those third world peoples who had been racialised, denigrated, and dominated for centuries by a certain ‘Europe’ that arose from the forests no longer patrolled by the Roman empire, and that gained an empire through the racialised economic system that we call ‘capitalism’? Or is it the vengeance to be fulfilled on behalf of the very white nationalists who feel weakened when a few poorer countries begin to feed three measly meals to their people? We will not know, for no such furies exist, other than the delusions of our species. 


The statements of Trump and his ministers appear to speak on behalf of the white nationalist thieves and marauders of the past six centuries. “We want our oil back”—the syntagm is unmistakably informed by “Aryan” doctrine that constituted ‘white nationalism’, white colonialism, the white economic system (‘capitalism’). (3) That is, if something is out there that is worth having, it must go to the white nationalists. The right of the people to their lives, labour, lands, water and forests are the nemesis of white nationalism.

An early token of this “international law” was offered on October 30, 1502, when the Portuguese marauder Vasco da Gama returned to Kozhikode in the southern state of Kerala in India. He was back to take revenge against the people of Kozhikode for having defeated of his countrymen who, led by Pedro Alvares Cabral, were seizing the land and its resources. On his way da Gama stole gold from East Africa, and then, much like Trump and his vassals, seized the ships that came in his path in the Indian ocean; especially, the ship Miri which was returning from Mecca with the pilgrims who were all massacred. In Kozhikode he cut off the hands, ears and noses of the people. But Kozhikode prevailed, for a while. It is the same white nationalist demand—begun by the colonial marauder Britain, and later most ‘white nations’—‘we want our oil’ that has been destroying the lives of generations Iranians. The principle remains the same—if it is good, it should belong to the white nationalists, and never to the people of the land. 


The “Aryan” doctrine—invented by a marauding population from north Asia that arrived in what are currently Iran and Pakistan—is the self-designation as the ‘highest’ or the noble by a people who in turn designates everyone else the denigrated—dasa, anasa, dasyu, asura, kinnara, chandala—in order to dominate them (4). It evolved a gigantic system of caste—graded inequality based on descent and work on the Indian subcontinent and reproduced through denigration, exploitation of lower castes (prevention of accumulation), and violence against women (5). The discovery and appropriation of this doctrine by the marauders from the lands now called ‘Europe’ from the 18th century, through Indology, codified the racialised economic system with three componential functions: marauding, colonialism, and capitalism. The comprehending ‘law’ of these three component laws is the “Aryan” doctrine. This system never came to an end, except in the lettres des arts. This is why we must move towards a “sans colonial” theoretical position (6). The stolen, debt ridden, regime-changed, a-historicised, colonised lives of the people will need a thought that is sans-colonial so that we may not continue to suffer what Eugenio Montejo experienced in another context, “My own remains have long been lost


We should begin to see the wars are coming towards us and spreading across the world—the marauder’s wars, the racists wars, the extermination wars—from Kalaallit Nunaat (Greenland) to South America and Africa, and from Romania and Georgia to India and Bangladesh. As Osamu Nishitani wrote in PWD in the context of the “final solution” for Gaza, the contemporary world is boiling because the US does not want to acknowledge that the “American era” is over (7). The expansion of the European Union and Nato when it is entering Asia, for now Ukraine and Georgia, is imperial in its intent and potentially annihilationist in its unintended outcomes. There was a different possibility for ‘Europe’. European countries—not their union—could have affirmed the letter of the law by affirming avant la lettre the principle of “think of all so that all think of you” and preventing the genocide of the Palestinian people. Instead of participating in the genocide, they could have relocated the United Nations and strengthened it; and could have created the just conditions for the transition from the implosion of the United States of America. Instead, they seem to be led by the principle, “if it is good, then it must belong to me”, as are the indications from their recent cruel meddling in Asia and Africa, and their acquiescence to Trump’s midnight theft of the sovereignty of a nation rendered poor by the illegal siege laid by the USA in most parts of the world under the euphemism “sanctions”. 


There is still time for the rest of the world to reason and realise a new principle for the revolutions, which will have to liberate the peoples of third worlds from the desert puppets, clown dictators, and the literal butchers of people put in place by white nationalists to contain the people of the third worlds in their misery. The world has not yet seen the total liberation struggle against colonialism, and therefore against the white nationalist economic system of capitalism, and the industrial marauding. We will get there towards a sans-colonial world by reckoning with “Aryan” doctrine and opposing it with the concept of people without exception, which includes the people of Europe who seek their own liberation from their condemnation as the exceptional, or ‘white nations’.
