Stella Chupik is currently pursuing a masters in Art and Cultural Studies at the University of Applied Arts Vienna as well as a masters in Art History at the University of Vienna. Her academic focus lies on modern and contemporary art in connection with critical and political topics. Her special interest also lies in the relationship of care work, gender roles and curatorial praxis. At the moment, she is working on her master’s thesis about the connection between site-specificity and institutional critique regarding the contemporary art market and its counter-movements. She is also a freelance type designer.
