Mireille Delmas-Marty is professor at the College de France (Chair of "Comparative Legal Studies and Internationalization of Law"). Delmas-Marty has published many books on Criminal Law, Human Rights Law, European Community Law and Global Law. Among the most recent in English are Towards a Truly Common Law (Cambridge University Press, 2002); Global Law: a Triple Challenge (Transnational Publishers, 2003); Ordering Pluralism: A Conceptual Framework for Understanding the Transnational Legal World, (Hart Publishing, 2009). As editor, they include The Implementation of the Corpus Juris in the Member States (with J. Vervaele), 4 vol. (Intersentia, 2000); European Criminal Procedure (with J. Spencer) (Cambridge University Press, 2002); China, Democracy, and Law: A Historical and Contemporary Approach (with Pierre-Etienne Will) (Brill, forthcoming 2011).
