Lurenzo d’Auria is a philosophy graduate from the University of Rome. He has worked in the media industry for 30 years while cultivating his interest in Marxism and critical theory in his free time. D’Auria has published a chapter on 'cognitive capitali' in Lorenzo Cillario and Roberto Finelli (edd.), Capitalismo e Conoscenza, Manifestoliobri 1998 and articles on the relationship between capital and knowledge in the Italian journals Invarianti and Derive e Approdi. He is currently writing a book on the philosophical implications of algorithmic thought and artificial intelligence.
