Lise de Clissart is a poet, artist, philosopher, historian, and traveler who lives in Paris. In poetic works, she expresses the insights of the other regions of her concern and inspiration. Clissart averts the public eye from her life through the presentation of works at a distance from their author which has enabled the artistic eye to remain liberated from the public gaze. She has traveled to and lived for long years in different corners of the world where, inspired by Pierre Clastres, she let roots develop in each of these places. For Clissart, constant self-estrangement and heart always healing are the preconditions for both thought and poetry. Her works and contributions have appeared in several cities of the world.
