Hiroshi Toya is a philosopher based in Japan. His research publications are in the areas of inter-generational ethics and philosophy of technology. He is the author of the book Reading Hans Jonas (Horinouchi-shuppan, 2018) and Philosophy of Atomic Power (Shueisha, 2020).
