Hans Ruin is professor philosophy at Södertörn University in Stockholm. He is the co-editor of the collected works of Nietzsche in Swedish, author of the collection of essays In the Shadow of reason: essays on Nietzsche’s philosophy (in Swedish, 2021), and of Being with the dead: Burial, ancestral politics, and the roots of historical consciousness (Stanford UP, 2019).
